Russ Carlson has more than 38 years experience in commercial and consulting arboriculture. He has been a certified arborist since 1983, and is a Board Certified Master Arborist since 2004. He is an ASCA Registered Consulting Arborist since 1994. Russ has been qualified as an expert witness in courts in Delaware, Maryland, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania. He has also presented workshops, seminars, and lectures at various venues, and served as an instructor at the American Society of Consulting Arborists Consulting Academy from 1997 through 2009, developing and teaching the Report Writing and the Forensic Investigations training modules. He served as a representative to the Council of Tree and Landscape Appraisers for 10 years.

Mr. Webber provides investigations, reports, and testimony in matters related to tree condition, maintenance, and removal. His expertise includes the management of nursery, arboricultural, agricultural and landscaping operations, pesticide use, appraisals of crop, tree and plant damage, and an assortment of horticultural issues. Mr. Webber is an admitted member of 32 industry organizations, including the American Society of Consulting Arborist, International Dendrology Society, and American Phytopathological Society, the OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) Small Business Advocacy Review Panel for Tree Care Industry Rules.
