Dennis M. Giuffré founded Econalysis® Consulting in Houston, Texas, providing economics consulting and expert services, and has engaged in such services over a broad and diverse array of industries and markets, in private practice since 1978, and previously with the consulting firms, Allstates Engineering Company and Equitable Environmental Health, Inc.

Prior to a consulting career, Giuffré engaged in subsurface research at Texaco, Inc., corporate planning and development at the Gulf Oil Corporation, process engineering and design at Petro-Tex Chemical Corporation, process engineering at the Olin Corporation, and was a staff engineer at the Texas Air Control Board. He is a Licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Texas.

Giuffré has been retained in numerous and various litigation matters as a consultant and expert witness in the matter of damages, and in related economics and technical issues. He has been retained by both plaintiffs and defendants, and has rendered expert testimony in federal and state courts, and in arbitration.

He holds a MS degree in Economics from the Arizona State University, a MS degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Colorado, and a BSChE degree from The University of Texas. He has also attended the Graduate School at the University of Houston, undertaking diverse studies, including economics, finance, biochemistry, marine biology, psychology, and others.

Giuffré has been retained as a damages expert in patent and other intellectual property infringement, trade secrets misappropriation, antitrust, breach of contract, deceptive trade practices, unfair competition, unconstitutional taking, negligence, breach of fiduciary duty, fraud, defamation, trespass, malpractice, maritime, and numerous other causes of action involving businesses; and in personal injury, wrongful death, discrimination, class action, and other causes of action.
