Mr. Switalski is a Registered Professional Engineer in the State of Illinois. He completed his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology in 1980 and earned a Master of Mechanical Engineering degree in 1989 from the same institution. He has consulted in several hundred personal injury and property loss incidents that have led to deposition testimony as an Expert Witness on approx. 125 occasions and trial testimony approx. 25 to 30 times. Mr. Switalski's loss investigation and consulting background includes product safety, consumer and industrial machinery & equipment design analysis, construction safety, premises liability, failure analysis, machine operator safety, maintenance practices, use of personal protective equipment and safety philosophy topics.
